iCaregiver

Launched in the App Store in December 2021, the iCaregiver app connects a niche audience of agency caregivers with families in AZ who are caring for loved ones with disabilities.

The target audiences are families (B2C) and certified caregiving agencies (B2B). In order to efficiently target the two audiences, we customized a digital strategy in a brand identity planning meeting, including discovering the brand voice (hopeful and upbeat!). We created a customized project plan, set up Facebook and Instagram pages (showcasing bright colors), customized messaging to drive awareness, handled the content calendar creation, captions for each post and a hashtag strategy. We also created demo videos for the B2B audience of caregiving agencies and the B2C audience of caregiving families.

The campaign includes 3 posts with graphics, captions and hashtags and 2 stories featuring uplifting quotes per week.

In addition, this package includes Business Consulting, which has resulted in the idea to further engage with an email strategy to key B2B targets, plus we created a project plan for the app launch party to zero in on the ideal attendees. We also created the B2B email copy to drive downloads, schedule demos and extend an invitation to key decision makers to attend the app launch party. When the client had a job opening, we created the post, caption and hashtags and posted on Facebook and Instagram the same day.

Update - the app was later sold in 2022.
